ViVi 2015-07 [Trends Review]

Hoy hablaré un poco sobre las tendencias en la revista Vivi del mes de julio; solamente hablaré sobre algunos aspectos y tendencias más relevantes que aparecen en este número, no es una crítica ni muchos menos sobre TODA la revista.

Today I'll tell you a little bit about the trends that Vivi magazine has for us in their July issue. I'll just write about SOME aspects and trends (the most relevant to me), not about the whole magazine.

En general, las tendencias de este número de Vivi se parecen de hecho mucho a las del mes anterior, con excepción de que ahora introducen nuevas y les dan más páginas a estas para que el público se familiarice con ellas. Algo a destacar es que en varias páginas se menciona claramente que la temática es retro con especial énfasis en los años 70.

In general, trends in this number of Vivi actually resemble a lot those of the previous month, except that now introduce new ones and give them more pages to those for the public to become familiar with them. Something to highlight is that on several pages is clearly mentioned that the theme is retro with special emphasis on the 70s.

TENDENCIA #1 (TREND #1)

El uso de mini faldas dando un estilo lindo pero con un poco de sensualidad. Los ejemplos justamente son presentados en las demás tendencias incluidas en la revista: mezclilla, tonos pastel, blanco, negro y estampados coloridos. Se pueden encontrar en tiendas como H&M, American Apparel, X-girl o Merry Jenny.

The use of miniskirts giving a nice style but with some sensuality. The examples are fairly presented in all other trends included in the magazine: jean, pastel, white, black and colorful prints. They can be found at stores like H & M, American Apparel, Merry X-girl or Jenny.

TENDENCIA #2 (TREND #2)

Los tonos pasteles se siguen viendo con fuerza en las prendas de ropa, tanto tops como bottoms e incluso en diferentes formas de calzado: amarillo, rosa y azul son los que predominan.

Pastel shades are still seeing strongly in the clothes, both tops and bottoms and even in different forms of footwear: yellow, pink and blue will predominate.

TENDENCIA #3 (TREND #3)

El uso del blanco y la mezclilla siguen en tendencia principal y no solo combinados, sino también con estilo fuerte totalmente de un color.

The use of white and denim are in main trend and not only combined, but also with a strong style of only that color.

TENDENCIA #4 (TREND #4)

Los cardigans, capas largas y kimonos con diferentes estampados son un must-have, razón por la cual se le dedican varias páginas a esta prenda tan versátil útil y fashionable: florales, blanco, negro y tonos pastel. Se encuentran en ENVYM, WEGO, RIENDA, MONKI, EMODA entre otras marcas.

Cardigans, long coats and kimonos with different prints are a must-have, which is why are dedicated several pages to this piece versatile useful and fashionable: floral, white, black and pastels. They are found in ENVYM, WEGO, REIN, MONKI, EMODA among other brands.

TENDENCIA #5 (TREND #5)

Al igual que en la edición pasada, se ve una pequeña parte dedicada al estampado frutal y de la naturaleza tanto en vestidos como blusas e incluso pantalones combinados con prendas de colores lisos para que no sobrecargue el outfit. Se representan a través de las marcas UNYUS, ROSE BUD entre otras.

As in the previous edition, there is a small part devoted to fruit pattern and nature both in dresses and blouses and even pants combined with solid colored clothing so you do not overload the outfit. Are represented through UNYUS, ROSE BUD brands among others.

TENDENCIA #6 (TREND #6)

Otra tendencia que aparece en menor medida es el color rojo, en blusas como shorts y faldas en especial; algo distintivo es que las prendas mostradas todas son lisas con solo ese tono o en su defecto, con un poco de blanco.

Another trend appears to a lesser degree is the red color: in blouses, shorts and skirts in particular; something distinctive is that all the items shown are smooth with just the tone or otherwise, with a little white.

TENDENCIA #7 (TREND #7)

El negro se usa en menor medida, apenas si aparece en la revista; en esta ocasión es un negro minimalista y sencillo, sin estampados ni brillos o muchos detalles, así como cortes limpios.

The black is used to a lesser degree, barely appears in the magazine; this time is a minimalist and simple black, without prints or bright or many details and clean cuts.

TENDENCIA #8 (TREND #8)

La temática militar cobra fuerza, pues a diferencia del negro, se le dedican cuatro páginas a este estilo en la revista; consiste en los tonos verdes, marrones y beiges (colores tierra). El principal es el verde militar en combinación con los demás tonos.

The military theme is gaining strength, because unlike the black, 4 pages are devoted to this style in the magazine; consists of green, brown and beige tones (earth colors). The main one is the military green in combination with other colors.

TENDENCIA #9 (TREND #9)

Acampanado, ancho y abierto: especialmente en bottoms como faldas y pantalones, junto con alguna pieza o complemento ajustado para hacer un contraste y resaltar la figura.

Flared, wide and open: especially in bottoms as skirts and jeans, with a piece or complement adjusted for contrast and highlight the figure.

TENDENCIA #10 (TREND #10)

La ropa tradicional por los festivales de la temporada en esta edición se incluyen diferentes diseños, pero en especial los que incluyen una temática floral y frutal al igual que los accesorios para combinarlos.

The traditional clothing of the season festivals this year include different designs, but especially those that include a floral and fruity themed as well as the accessories to combine them.

ACCESORIOS/ ACCESSORIES

1: Lentes oscuros en tonos juguetones y coquetos con estampados tipo leopardo.

1: Dark glasses in playful and flirtatious type with leopard prints.

2: Los sombreros tanto como en colores claros como oscuros.

2: Hats in light and dark colors.

3: Accesorios con una temática retro en tonos pasteles lo cual complementa los outfits mostrados. Algo así tipo Clueless.

3: Accessories with a retro theme in pastel shades which complement the outfits shown. Like in Clueless.

4: Los zapatos sin correa, en especial en pico y con tacón bajo. Converse y sandalias de tacón corrido también se ven mucho.

4: The shoes without a leash, especially sharp, and low heel. Converse and wedges are also in.

5: En cuanto al maquillaje, el llevar los ojos naturales y en ocasiones jugando con un poco de color para resaltarlos es lo mostrado; esto ya que se enfoca en los labios, con tonos naranjas, duraznos y rojizos. En general es el uso de un maquillaje natural y que incluso no parezca que se lleva pero con colores vibrantes para dar un look juguetón y fresco.

5: As for makeup, wearing natural eyes and occasionally playing with a little color to highlight is shown; this since that focuses on the lips, oranges, peaches and red tones. In general it is to use a natural makeup but with vibrant colors to give a playful and fresh look.
